 Return Policy
Ready Made Garments and All Other Products: Your Satisfaction is my highest priority I accept returns no matter the reason. BUT you must return the item back to me the same way I sent it to you (Meaning it cannot have been worn-other than trying on or damaged in any way and must still have the tags attached) within 7 business days, not including Federal Holidays or weekends, of your receiving the item. This usually gives you a couple days to think about it before sending it back. (Notification of the item’s impending return is always appreciated.) When I get the item back I will provide the refund either by paypal or personal check depending on how the item was paid for originally.(less shipping fees) After 7 days of receiving the item the sale is considered complete and no refund will be given. Unless prior authorization is obtained; after 7 days, the item will not be accepted if it is sent to us. If the item is returned without the tags attached- only a store credit will be given.
Custom Made, Or Customized Garments: All custom orders are nonrefundable, and considered final. If the customer is unhappy with the garment and it is something I think will sell- I can offer the option of selling the garment for the customer on my website. The garment will be listed at the price the customer paid less shipping charges. When the garment sells the total price less paypal fees (if sold with that payment method) will be deducted. The remaining moneys will be sent to the customer via a check from Blue Ridge Rags. This option is at the discretion of Blue Ridge Rags- we reserve the right to refuse this option if the garment is something we feel will not sell.
